Take only pictures, leave only tracks and keep only memories.

Fed up of crowds and lift queues? Let our experienced coaches take you off into the backcountry past the lifts and limits of normal off piste skiers.
Beyond the limits of the resort is another world, experience both flora and fauna of the alpine environment.
Your coach will keep an eye out for grazing ibex or later in the season burrowing marmottes.  After touring up you will have earned your ski through the awe-inspiring scenery of the high alps.

Touring sessions will be individually tailored to your needs, ability and weather conditions. Maximum of 4 people per group.

We can provide the necessary safety equipment (transceiver, probe and shovel), and can also supply the touring skins and skis if needed.

This tour is not to be missed for both the experienced ski tourer and the beginner alike. It’s a circular tour and it takes a full day, during that day you will get to experience spectacular scenery but unlike a conventional touring you will also be skiing all the best ski resorts of the Tarantaise region, Tignes, Champany, La Plagne, Vallandry, Les Arcs and Villaroger.

The actual route and amount of off-piste/backcountry skiing can be tailored to the snow conditions, your experience and your fitness.

The tour itself starts very early in the morning in Tignes, where you tour up and exit the resort via the Col de Palet, from here you ski backcountry along the Friburge valley towards La Chiserette , at the valley’s base you are met by a mini bus which will shuttle you to the first mornings lift in Champany en Vanoise. From here we ski over to La Plagne, then it is possible to either ski or tour over the valley to Vallandry and a much needed lunch stop. From Vallandry we ski to Les Arcs on towards the last lift in Villaroger, taking in some amazing off-piste along the way. At Villaroger the bus will be waiting to take you back to Tignes for a much needed beer.
